Rio International is looking for a motivated **Recruiter** for our Surat branch who can handle candidate inquiries and convert prospective candidates into enrolled candidates for our international projects.

• Key Responsibilities**Call and follow up with candidates interested in overseas job opportunities.Explain international job programs and recruitment processes clearly.Convert prospective candidates into enrolled clients.Screen candidates and collect required documents.Maintain candidate records and update the database/CRM.Coordinate with the internal team for candidate processing.*Requirements**Positive communication and convincing skills.Ability to handle candidate queries and follow-ups professionally.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).Experience in telecalling, recruitment, counseling, or sales preferred.Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.*Benefits**Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per monthPerformance-based incentivesCareer growth in international recruitment industrySupportive and professional work environment*Work Location:** Surat Branch
