Job Description

Rio International is looking for a motivated Recruiter for our Surat branch who can handle candidate inquiries and convert prospective candidates into enrolled candidates for our international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with candidates interested in overseas job opportunities.
• Explain international job programs and recruitment processes clearly.
• Convert prospective candidates into enrolled clients.
• Screen candidates and collect required documents.
• Maintain candidate records and update the database/CRM.
• Coordinate with the internal team for candidate processing.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle candidate queries and follow-ups professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).
• Experience in telecalling, recruitment, counseling, or sales preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
