Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter specializing in blue-collar roles, located in Mettuppalaiyam. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process. They will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, preparing recruitment reports, and ensuring compliance with all labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates effectively
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with workforce planning and recruitment strategies tailored for blue-collar roles
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and workplace regulations
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Fluency in local languages and a working knowledge of English
• Previous experience in recruiting for manufacturing or textiles industries is a plus
