Job Summary
Havenova Home Care Solutions is looking for a Recruiter & Scheduler to help grow our caregiver team and support client scheduling across Massachusetts and Connecticut.

This role includes recruiting caregivers and filling shifts daily. The position offers a base salary plus commission for every shift filled. On average, recruiters fill 5–6 caregiver shifts per day, creating strong earning potential.

This is a work-from-home position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire Caregivers, HHAs, PCAs, and CNAs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Fill open client shifts quickly and efficiently.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules and availability.
• Maintain a pipeline of caregivers ready for assignments.
• Create recruitment posts and marketing materials using Canva.
• Communicate regularly with caregivers and the operations team.
• Understand and manage 1099 and W-2 caregiver hiring structures.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting in home care, healthcare staffing, or home health agencies.
• Knowledge of hiring HHAs, PCAs, CNAs, and caregivers.
• Familiarity with 1099 and W-2 hiring models.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English required (spoken and written).
• Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet.
• Comfortable working remotely.
• Experience with Canva is preferred.
