Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in the hospitality or hotel industry to manage end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates for various hotel positions while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for hotel positions (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, etc.).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Schedule interviews with department heads and coordinate the selection process.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding for new employees.
  • Work closely with department managers to understand staffing requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and hiring procedures.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives if required.
