Collection Agent

Location: Noida Sector 62

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (Based on interview & experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and responsible Recovery & Collection Agents to handle customer payment follow-ups and recovery activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to deal with customers professionally while ensuring timely collection of outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer tracing and recovery of outstanding payments
• Telephonic follow-ups with customers for pending dues
• Follow DRA guidelines and company recovery processes
• Maintain daily call reports and recovery updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment-related queries
• Achieve assigned recovery targets within the given timeline

Eligibility Criteria:

• DRA Certified and Non-DRA candidates can apply
• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
• Experience: 6 Months to 5 Years in recovery, collection, or tracing
• Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years
• Good communication and negotiation skills preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹26,955.06 per month
