We are looking for a capable and friendly front office to work at our reception area.
  • *Responsibilities**:

  • - Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
    - Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors
    - Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties and generate leads.
    - Respond to inbound calls and answer queries related to various real estate projects.
    - Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers.
    - Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
    - Follow up with clients to provide additional information and gather feedback.
    - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    - Stay updated on real estate market trends and project details.
    - Scheduling and confirming appointments for real estate agents
    - Maintaining and organizing the reception area
    - Managing incoming and outgoing mail
    - Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
    - Providing information to clients about available properties and services
    - Coordinating with other employees to ensure smooth office operations
  • *Requirements**:

  • - Good communication and interpersonal skills to greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software for scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
    - Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
    - Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and procedures to provide accurate information to clients and colleagues.
  • *Requirements**:

  • - Any Graduate
    - Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
    - Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
    - Knowledge on Ms office Ms excels.
    - Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
