Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-agency Program Manager / Chief of Staff to work closely with the COO & Co-Founder in driving high-priority strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. This role goes beyond traditional program management and requires the individual to act as an extension of the leadership office - owning cross-functional execution, enabling decision-making, driving alignment, and ensuring organizational priorities are translated into measurable outcomes.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and wants to combine structured program management with strategic problem-solving and executive-level execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

- Strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational/functional objectives

- Maintain organizational/functional standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached

- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned product managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives

- Work with business, product and technology teams to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department

- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

Chief of Staff Responsibilities:

- Partner directly with the COO & Co-Founder on strategic priorities, special projects, and business-critical initiatives

- Act as a force multiplier for the leadership office by driving follow-through on key decisions and ensuring execution discipline across teams

- Prepare leadership reviews, business updates, operating cadences, and executive dashboards to enable effective decision-making

- Coordinate across business, product, operations, finance, and technology teams to ensure alignment on top company priorities

- Drive agenda-setting, action tracking, and closure for leadership meetings and cross-functional reviews

- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities across the organization and proactively recommend solutions

- Support the COO in solving ambiguous, high-impact problems that require structured thinking, stakeholder management, and rapid execution

- Serve as a central point of coordination for strategic initiatives, ensuring visibility, accountability, and momentum

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or related field from a Tier I institute

- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation and organizational skills

- Minimum 2+ years in a program management, strategy, consulting, founder's office, or chief of staff role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with comfort working directly with senior leadership

- High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive complex initiatives from idea to execution

- Strong business acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

- Prior experience in high-growth startups, consulting, product, operations, or founder's office roles will be a plus

Who Will Thrive in This Role?

- Someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy and execution

- Someone who can manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture

- Someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and can create structure in fast-moving environments

- Someone who wants to work closely with senior leadership and influence high-impact business outcomes

- Someone who can move seamlessly between program management, problem-solving, stakeholder alignment, and executive support
