Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller – Plot Sales

Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Plot / Land Sales Preferred)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller with experience in plot/land sales. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, explaining project details, and generating site visit appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
Explain residential/commercial plot projects clearly and professionally.
Generate and schedule site visit appointments.
Follow up with interested clients regularly.
Maintain proper call records and update CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & site visit targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in real estate telecalling (mandatory in plot sales preferred).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
Target-driven and positive attitude.
Graduation preferred (not mandatory if experienced).

Performance Expectations:
Generate qualified leads and site visits.
Maintain high follow-up conversion ratio.
Support sales team in achieving revenue targets.
