Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to seek generate leads and fix appointments with Study Overseas consultants to add academic and business assignment-related services to their portfolio. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and assisting clients with appointments of Sales Managers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert affix appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential clients to for the sales team.

* Handle inbound queries from students, professionals, or businesses regarding assignment assistance.

* Convince regarding the utility of additional services offered to students studying/planning to study abroad also understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions (inbound queries).

* Explain services, pricing, and delivery timelines clearly and persuasively.

* Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion of inquiries into confirmed orders.

* Maintain records of calls, customer details, and transactions in the CRM system.

* Coordinate with writers, subject matter experts, and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.

* Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calls and sales targets.

Requirements:

* Experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service (preferably in academic or content-related services).

* Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.

* Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

* Basic knowledge of academic writing and assignments is an advantage.

* Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
