Role Description

DQ Learnings is hiring a full-time Real Estate Salesperson for an on-site role located in Haldwani. As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will manage and assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring high levels of customer service. Responsibilities include conducting market research, handling property showings, negotiating deals, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on market trends. You will collaborate with other team members and support marketing efforts to drive sales and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Licensed in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate laws and regulations
  • Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Proficient in delivering high-quality Customer Service and managing client relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Haldwani is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
