Job Title: Sales Head

Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO

Location: Piplod, Surat

Working Hours: 10:00 to 7:00

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze real estate market trends and competitor activities.
  • Forecast sales performance and monitor KPIs.

  • Team Management
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Recruit, train, and guide field sales executives and broker partners.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans.

  • Sales Operations
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain CRM systems for lead tracking and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and project launches.

  • Client & Partner Management
  • Build strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and agents.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client satisfaction.

  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience & Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 8 – 12+ years of experience in real estate sales with proven performance.

At least 3 – 5 years in a leadership or managerial role in real estate sales.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinking with ability to drive results and meet targets.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.

Deep understanding of the Surat or Gujarat real estate market is an advantage.
