Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage sales leads for residential projects
• Communicate with prospective clients and explain project details
• Arrange and coordinate site visits with potential buyers
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth
• Maintain proper client data and sales records

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in Real Estate Sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Basic knowledge of property market in Kolkata will be an advantage
