Role Overview:
You will be a key member of our real estate team as a Marketing & Sales Executive, responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and ensuring successful closures. Your role will involve a mix of online and offline marketing activities to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads using digital campaigns, social media, referrals, and on-ground activities.
- Meet potential clients, deliver property presentations, and organize site visits.
- Effectively communicate project details, pricing, and offers to clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into buyers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and events.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet assigned targets.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports regularly.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in real estate sales or similar field (including internship experience).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and RERA regulations.
- Experience in digital lead generation and marketing campaigns.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
