Responsibilities
  • Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from initiation through closing, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.
  • Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties while fostering long-term professional relationships.
  • Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, legal teams, and third parties to facilitate smooth transaction execution.
  • Oversee contracts, transaction documentation, and financial records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex sales scenarios, negotiations, and deal structuring.
  • Monitor market trends and property data to support informed client decision-making.
  • Support and mentor junior agents or team members, sharing insights on compliance, finance, and transaction management.
  • Requirements
  • Strong professional background in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
  • Proven ability to manage real estate offices or operate within commercial real estate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of property sales, rentals, financing structures, and transaction workflows.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and transaction management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex deal scenarios and provide strategic client guidance.
  • Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and remote collaboration tools.
