Key Responsibilities 1. Product and solution sales - Drive sales for Rapidise's product and solution portfolio, including IoT, AI, embedded systems, and electronics manufacturing services. Understand customer requirements and propose customized product and solution offerings. Own the complete sales cycle-from lead qualification and solution pitching to negotiation and closure. 2. Business Development & Account Management - Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B and enterprise segments across India and global markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and decision makers. 3. Sales Enablement & Market Intelligence Work closely with product and marketing teams to understand product roadmaps, features, and differentiation. Provide market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to support product and GTM strategies. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, client meetings, and product demonstrations. 4. Revenue & Performance Alignment. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
