Shubhlakshmi Group is looking for a highly skilled Quantitative Trader / HFT – MFT Specialist with strong experience in algorithmic trading, quantitative modeling, and automated trading systems.

The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of High Frequency Trading (HFT), Medium Frequency Trading (MFT), Quantitative strategies, and Algo trading infrastructure.

This role requires someone who can develop, test, and deploy profitable trading strategies in financial markets using advanced quantitative techniques and programming skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HFT / MFT trading strategies
• Design and optimize algorithmic trading models
• Work on quantitative research and strategy development
• Build low latency trading systems
• Backtest trading strategies using historical market data
• Monitor and improve execution algorithms
• Analyze market microstructure and trading signals
• Work with developers to improve trading infrastructure and performance

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HFT / MFT trading strategies
• Experience in Algorithmic Trading
• Strong Quantitative & Mathematical modeling skills
• Experience with Python / C++ / Java / Rust (any one preferred)
• Experience in Backtesting frameworks and market data analysis
• Knowledge of statistical models, probability, and machine learning
• Understanding of exchange APIs and order execution systems

Preferred Background:

• Experience in Prop Trading Firms / Quant Funds / Algo Trading Firms
• Experience trading Equities / Futures / Options / Crypto / Commodities
• Background in Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science / Financial Engineering
• Experience2 – 8+ Years (Flexible for exceptional candidates)

Compensation Salary:

• As per experience + Performance incentives
