Role Overview:
As a Quality Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and ensure quality across infrastructure operations. This includes overseeing voice/non-voice services, data center, server, patch, storage, database, ServiceNow, and cloud infra.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor quality frameworks for infrastructure services.
Drive continuous improvement and compliance in data center, server, patch, storage, and database management.
Oversee ServiceNow implementation and optimize related workflows.
Support cloud infrastructure quality and operational excellence.
Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and report quality metrics to leadership.

Qualifications Required:
Expertise in infrastructure management and quality assurance.
Experience with ServiceNow and cloud operations.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of ITIL and quality standards.
