1. Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures at the manufacturing plant.

2. Performing routine inspections and quality tests. Prepare reports and share with superiors.

3. Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed

4. Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors

5. Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports

6. Make recommendations for improvement

7. Create training materials and operating manuals

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
• Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
• Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
