Responsibilities:
Product Inspection
Inspect sheet metal parts during and after production to ensure they meet drawings and specifications.
Quality Documentation
Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and checklists.
Record and report any defects or deviations from specifications.
Production Coordination
Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues.
Ensure corrective actions are implemented to avoid repeated defects.
Incoming & Final Inspection
Conduct final inspection before dispatch.
Continuous Improvement
Suggest improvements to maintain consistent product quality and reduce defects.
Perform visual and dimensional inspection of components.

This role requires working hours of approximately 10–12 hours per day as per production and operational needs.

Required skills:
Knowledge of reading engineering drawings
Basic knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes
Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, gauges)
Attention to detail and robust observation skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / documentation)

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
