• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform quality checks on labelled datasets and identify errors or inconsistencies
- Review AI culling outputs within the Aftershoot app
- Critique image selections from a photographer's perspective
- Identify edge cases, failure patterns, and quality gaps
- Provide actionable feedback to enhance labelling standards
- Offer suggestions to improve product behavior and culling logic
- Collaborate with Machine Learning and Product teams to align outputs with real photographer workflows

• *Qualifications Required:**
- Professional photography experience or extensive hands-on usage of photography tools
- Strong comprehension of real-world photography workflows
- Previous experience with other culling or editing tools such as Lightroom, Photo Mechanic, etc.
- Ability to critique image selections and provide explanations for decisions
- Excellent attention to detail and structured thinking
- Comfortable working from the Delhi office on a full-time basis
