1. Documentation & Compliance:

- Approve and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and specifications.
- Ensure proper implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) across departments.
- Conduct self-inspections and audits to maintain compliance.
- Approve or reject raw materials, packing materials, bulk products, and finished goods.

2. In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA):

- Verify in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging.
- Monitor and ensure proper dispensing of raw materials.
- Oversee online BMR and daily format updates.

3. Positive Manufacturing & Laboratory Practices (GMP & GLP):

- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at the production site.
- Monitor and ensure Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in routine analysis.
- Conduct daily rounds in all departments to check compliance.

4. Training & Process Improvement:

- Conduct training sessions for employees on QA standards and hygiene practices.
- Ensure proper personnel hygiene and adherence to entry/exit procedures.
- Handle customer complaints, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), change control, and deviation reports.

5. Vendor & Water System Management:

- Perform vendor qualification and audits to ensure raw material quality.
- Manage and monitor the water system to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Pay: ₹254,490.56 - ₹645,950.13 per year
