We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Quality Assurance Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality digital products and services by identifying issues, testing functionality, and collaborating with development and support teams. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans based on project requirements
• Identify, document, and track bugs and system issues using QA tools
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve defects
• Perform regression, performance, and usability testing to ensure optimal functionality
• Review product requirements and technical documentation for completeness and clarity
• Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle
• Generate test reports and provide feedback to improve system design and user experience
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum environment)

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or related field
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience testing web-based applications and APIs
• Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail)
• Ability to write clear, concise test cases and bug reports
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Must be available to work standard EST business hours
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
