Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced E&M Medical Coding QA who will be responsible for managing coding operations, ensuring quality and productivity targets, and guiding the team in accurate coding practices. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in E&M Inpatient and Outpatient coding along with team handling experience.

Key Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Medical Coding Quality Analyst (QA) to audit coded medical records and ensure accuracy and compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, providing feedback to coders, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Audit E/M - IP / OP coding charts
Ensure 95%+ coding accuracy
Provide feedback and error analysis to coders
Maintain audit reports and quality scorecards
Ensure compliance with CMS and client guidelines
Requirements: CPC / CCS / CCA Certification (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCS
Minimum 1+ year QA experience in Coding
Good analytical and communication skills
