Full Job Description: We are a fast-growing recruitment and operations firm expanding our team in Bangalore. We are looking for detail-oriented Quality professionals to maintain high standards of service excellence.

Open Roles:

1. Quality Analyst (QA)

• Experience: Minimum 7 months in a QA role. Call Auditing experience is mandatory.
• Language: Must be fluent in both English and Hindi.
• Compensation: Up to ₹30,000 Take-home per month.
• Asset: Must possess a personal laptop for work.

2. QA Team Lead (TL)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA Team Lead or Assistant TL.
• Expertise: Proven experience in auditing Calls, Emails, and Chats.
• Industry: Candidates with a Fintech background will be prioritized.
• Compensation: Up to ₹6 LPA.
• Asset: Must possess a personal laptop for work.

Working Hours:

• 5.5 days per week.
• Saturdays are half-days; Sundays are fixed off.
