Fusion CX Limited is hiring for the role of Quality Analyst – Seller Support!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
  • Audit seller interactions (calls, chats, emails) to evaluate accuracy, compliance, and process adherence.
  • Share actionable feedback with advisors through structured 1:1 coaching sessions.
  • Identify trends, defects, and perform root cause analysis to support performance improvement.
  • Publish daily and weekly quality reports and maintain detailed error logs.
  • Conduct internal and external calibrations to ensure consistency in scoring and quality standards.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance seller experience and operational consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies, data privacy norms, and quality guidelines.

  • Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate (any discipline).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Quality Assurance or Seller/Customer Support.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with close attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce workflows and seller support processes (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and quality evaluation frameworks.
  • Ability to work in a WFO environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
