We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst with Cardiology specialty experience to ensure quality and accuracy in AR calling processes. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring AR calls, auditing accounts, and providing feedback to improve team performance and maximize reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality audits of AR calling accounts related to Cardiology specialty.

Monitor AR calls and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.

Identify errors, gaps, and process deviations in claim follow-ups and denial management.

Provide constructive feedback and coaching to AR callers to improve performance.

Track quality scores, error trends, and improvement areas.

Ensure adherence to US healthcare RCM guidelines and client requirements.

Prepare QA reports and share insights with management.

Support teams in resolving complex AR issues and denials.

Requires Skills:

Strong knowledge of AR Calling and Denial Management.

Hands-on experience in Cardiology specialty AR process.

Knowledge of EOB, ERA, CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes.

Experience in quality auditing and call monitoring.

Good analytical and communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

4–6 years of experience in AR Calling with at least 1–2 years in QA role

Cardiology specialty experience is mandatory.
