Experience Required: 5+ Years in Quality Engineering

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced QE Automation Lead to drive enterprise-level Quality Engineering initiatives

across multiple accounts and technology landscapes.

This role requires deep, hands-on expertise in advanced Playwright automation along with broad experience

across UI, API, Mobile, Performance, Accessibility, Visual, and Security testing domains.

The ideal candidate is not only technically strong but capable of:

• Designing end-to-end QE strategies
• Building and customizing enterprise automation frameworks
• Leading QE teams across programs
• Driving client engagements
• Establishing governance, KPIs, and quality metrics

Key Responsibilities

• QE Strategy & Governance
• Define enterprise-level Quality Engineering strategy
• Design shift-left and automation-first approaches
• Establish QE governance frameworks across accounts
• Define KPIs: coverage, regression cycle time, defect leakage, automation ROI
• Drive risk-based testing models
• Standardize QE processes across projects
• Advanced Playwright Expertise (Mandatory)
