QC Manager ( for Deterget industries)

  • Raw Material & Packaging Inspection: Verify the quality, purity, and safety of incoming ingredients (oils, pigments, preservatives) and packaging materials (bottles, tubes) via Certificates of Analysis (COA) and testing.
  • In-Process & Finished Product Testing: Monitor production, such as blending and filling, to ensure batch-to-batch consistency. Conduct laboratory testing for pH, viscosity, microbial load, stability, and compatibility.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and international standards (ISO 22716, FDA, etc.). Maintain meticulous records of batch reports, test results, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • CAPA & Deviation Handling: Investigate non-conforming materials or finished goods, determine root causes, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Lab Management & Team Leadership: Manage the internal QC laboratory, including calibrating testing equipment, validating analytical methods, and training staff.

    • Key Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master's in Chemistry, Cosmetology, or related science.
  • Experience: 3–8 years of experience in quality within the cosmetics, pharma, or personal care industry.
  • Skills: Knowledge of ISO 22716, FDA regulations, and laboratory techniques

    • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
