Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures.
• Inspect incoming raw materials, fabricated components, and erection activities to ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and specifications.
• Conduct dimensional inspections, weld quality checks (visual and NDT coordination), bolt tightening, painting/coating checks, and alignment of structural elements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed quality records, reports, and inspection documentation (IRs, WPS/PQR, MTCs, etc.).
• Coordinate with the engineering, production, and erection teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to relevant codes and standards (e.g., IS, AWS, ASTM, AISC).
• Assist in third-party inspections and client audits.
• Train site teams and subcontractors on quality protocols and best practices.
• Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Promote a quality-first mindset across site and plant teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Productiobn/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in QC for PEB fabrication and erection.
• Skills & Knowledge:
• Familiarity with fabrication processes, welding, bolting, and PEB erection techniques.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and standards (WPS, PQR, NDT).
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 QMS and related procedures.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
