Key Responsibilities

● Test Planning & Design: Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create comprehensive, clear, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

● Manual Execution: Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing on web and/or mobile applications.

● Defect Tracking: Identify, isolate, document, and track bugs through to resolution using issue tracking tools (like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp). Provide explicit steps to reproduce.

● UI/UX Validation: Ensure the application’s layout, responsiveness, and user flow match design mockups and provide an intuitive user experience.

● Regression Testing: Maintain and execute regression test suites to ensure new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.

● Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Provide feedback on feature testability during the development phase.

● Documentation: Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting test results.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in manual software testing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹351,833.94 - ₹503,643.78 per year
