Job Title: QA Engineer and Business Analyst

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with Business Analyst capabilities who can ensure the quality of digital products while also understanding business requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to analyze requirements, create test cases, and ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Experience Required:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Business Analysis.

Budget / Salary:

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skill set).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Identify, report, and track bugs and issues using issue-tracking tools.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely bug resolution.
• Participate in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Ensure that delivered features meet business and user requirements.
• Conduct regression, functional, and usability testing.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Software Testing and QA processes.
• Experience in requirement analysis and documentation.
• Knowledge of test case creation and bug reporting tools (such as Jira, Trello, or similar tools).
• Familiarity with web and mobile application testing.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Basic understanding of APIs and database testing.
• Experience collaborating with developers, designers, and product teams.
