We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance & Customer Support Engineer with strong knowledge of castings and machined components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection of machined components after machining
• Checking critical dimensions of cylinder head / components
• Handle customer complaints / rejection reports and internal investigation
• Understand customer drawings, specifications, tolerances
• Coordinate with production and provide technical support to customers
• Attend customer audits, NPD, and sample approvals

Preferred Candidate:

• 5–10 years experience in QA / Customer Quality / Customer Support
• Experience in Foundry, C.I. Castings, Cylinder Head, Machining preferred
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
