Key Responsibilities
  • Managing procurement of goods, equipment, and services for the University.
  • Vendor identification, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring purchase orders, inventory, and supply chain operations.
  • Maintaining transparency and cost-effective purchasing practices.

  • Eligibility Criteria
  • Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management / Materials Management / Commerce / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in purchase / procurement, preferably in a reputed organization or educational institution.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management, negotiation, tendering process, and inventory control.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and procurement cycles efficiently
