Zigyapan (by Rablik Pvt. Ltd.) is a next-generation Digital Ad Network focused on empowering regional and hyper-local news publishers across India. We bridge the gap between premium advertisers and high-quality vernacular content.

We are looking for a highly motivated Publisher Onboarding Executive to join our growth team. Your primary mission is to identify, contact, and onboard high-traffic regional news portals onto the Zigyapan network. You will be the face of our company for thousands of digital publishers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify active digital news portals, and regional media outlets across various Indian languages and territories.
  • Outreach & Pitching: Conduct cold calls and personalized outreach via WhatsApp/Email to educate publishers about Zigyapan’s unique ecosystem.
  • Virtual Demos: Schedule and conduct online meetings (Google Meet/Zoom) to demonstrate the Zigyapan Dashboard and its ease of use.
  • End-to-End Onboarding: Guide publishers through the registration process and ensure technical integration (Ad-unit placement) is completed successfully.
  • Digital Content Creation (Priority): Create short video tutorials, screen-recorded guides, and "How-to" reels to simplify the onboarding journey for publishers.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a daily log of prospects, follow-ups, and successfully onboarded sites in the CRM/Google Sheets.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Exceptional Communication: Fluent in Hindi and proficient in English. Ability to build rapport with journalists and media house owners.
  • Sales Prowess: A "closer" mindset with a focus on achieving daily and weekly onboarding targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with WordPress basics, online meeting tools, and mobile video editing apps.
  • Industry Awareness: A basic understanding of digital media, blogging, or journalism is a huge plus.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

  • Experience & Tools
  • Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with a passion for Media-Tech are encouraged to apply).
  • Mandatory: Must own a reliable Laptop/PC and a high-speed internet connection.
