Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and guide students preparing for the State PSC examination through daily interaction and structured support
• Take end-to-end accountability for each student’s academic progress, discipline, and learning outcomes
• Design and assign daily tasks, practice exercises, and study goals to keep students consistent and exam-ready
• Track, maintain, and update detailed student progress reports, performance metrics, and personalized improvement plans
• Conduct small-group mentoring sessions, doubt-clearing discussions, and exam-oriented guidance
• Ensure all students feel supported, heard, and aligned with their learning roadmap
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain seamless student management and data accuracy
• Suggest improvements in study plans, curriculum structure, and student engagement processes based on observed needs
• Skills and Attributes:
• 0.6 months -4 years of teaching or mentoring experience, preferably in competitive exam preparation (CGPSC/UPSC)
• Must have been a UPSC aspirant with a strong understanding of exam patterns, strategy, and preparation discipline
• Strong command over subjects relevant to UPSC/State PSC syllabus and ability to simplify complex concepts
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate students consistently
• Highly accountable mindset, able to take ownership of each student’s growth and performance
• Effective classroom and one-on-one mentoring skills
• Ability to design daily tasks, study plans, and performance-based improvements
• Tech-friendly and comfortable using digital tools for tracking student progress and delivering mentoring sessions
