Associate Manager – Public Relations at El Sol Strategic Consultants (ESSC)

Role Overview

El Sol Strategic Consultants is looking for a proactive Associate Manager – Public Relations who thinks and acts like a leader, aligns with the company’s vision and values, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role will support PR strategy, lead day-to-day client and media relations, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Media Relations

- Serve as a day-to-day PR point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media professionals.
- Execute media outreach strategies to secure coverage across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
- Ensure consistent client messaging and manage media interactions effectively.

PR Strategy & Campaign Execution

- Support the development and execution of PR strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Coordinate media lists, press kits, briefing notes, and outreach calendars.
- Execute PR campaigns, collaborations, sponsorships, and brand partnerships.
- Track campaign milestones and ensure timely delivery.

Content & Communications

- Draft and review press releases, media pitches, articles, and PR communication materials.
- Ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and messaging consistency.

Events & Activations

- Support the planning and execution of press conferences, media briefings, brand launches, and PR events.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and post-event coverage tracking.

Digital PR & Reporting

- Work with digital teams to amplify PR coverage across online platforms.
- Monitor media coverage, sentiment, and brand mentions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting campaign performance and insights.

Team Coordination

- Support senior leadership in managing associates, consultants, and interns on execution tasks.
- Allocate deliverables, track timelines, and ensure adherence to ESSC processes and standards.

Business & Industry Development

- Assist in new business pitches and growth of existing accounts.
- Stay updated on media trends, industry developments, and PR best practices.
