  • Act as the first point of contact for patients and attenders for escalations and grievances.
  • Handle patient feedback, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain good relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and referral doctors.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth patient experience.
  • Organize hospital promotional activities, camps, and community outreach programs.
  • Assist in branding, marketing initiatives, and promotional events.
  • Maintain records of referrals and corporate tie-ups.
  • Support admission process for VIP and corporate patients.
  • Ensure proper communication between management and patients/attenders when required.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on patient feedback and corporate visits.

    Pay: ₹10,238.18 - ₹44,187.32 per month
