Job Title: Public Relations Intern - Real Estate

Job Summary:
Stipend: ₹5000/- per month

Location: Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Media Relations:

- Draft press releases, media kits, and news stories to secure coverage for projects and company initiatives.
- Respond to media enquiries and arrange with company executives.
- Getting slots for podcast (Paid as well unpaid)
- Brand Management:

- Develop and implement PR strategies to strengthen brand positioning and reputation.
- Press releases for time to time achievements and updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional and informational content.
- Event Management:

- Plan and execute PR events such as property launches, open houses, and press conferences.
- Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging media opportunities.
- Provide insights to support the development of innovative PR campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree/Pursuing in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Media relations and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
