Job Overview

Minerva School is hiring passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers (PRT) to teach young learners and build a strong academic foundation. We are looking for candidates who can create an engaging, activity-based learning environment and inspire students to learn with curiosity.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach primary classes (Grade 1 to 5) following school curriculum
• Plan and deliver interactive and activity-based lessons
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Assess student performance and prepare report cards
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
• Participate in school events, meetings, and co-curricular activities
• Use innovative teaching methods and teaching aids

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed (preferred)
• Freshers with strong teaching skills can also apply
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Passion for teaching young children
• Basic computer knowledge

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,893.98 - ₹35,630.32 per month
