The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. Job Profile

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: -

- Proactively source and acquire qualified potential buyers through various channels, including channel partners, brokers, and referrals.

Network Management: -

- Build and nurture a strong network of real estate channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads.
- Strong skilled network with brokers, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and ICPs across Mumbai and other major cities in India.
- In-depth knowledge of the Virar and Vasai real estate markets, supported by a well-established local broker and channel partner network.

Performance Tracking: -

- Track, monitor, and report on key performance metrics related to sourcing strategies and channel partner effectiveness.

Market Analysis:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the luxury real estate segment to inform sourcing decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate
- High-Ticket-Size Experience: Must have a proven track record of dealing with high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market.
- Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and performance metrics.
