We are looking for a motivated Property Advisor / Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Role Overview

As a Property Advisor, you will work closely with clients who are exploring residential property options in Pune. Your role will involve understanding their requirements, guiding them through suitable project options, coordinating site visits, and assisting them through the decision-making process.

This is a client-facing role suited for individuals who enjoy sales, communication, and helping people make informed property decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from digital platforms and marketing campaigns
• Understand client requirements, budget, and preferred locations
• Suggest suitable residential projects based on buyer needs
• Coordinate and conduct project site visits with clients
• Build trust with clients and guide them through the buying process
• Follow up with leads and assist in closing property transactions
• Maintain relationships with developers and project teams

• Fluency in English, Hindi or Marathi
• Candidates with their own two-wheeler and willingness to travel for site visits

• ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (fixed salary)
• High performance-based incentives on successful transactions

Top performers in real estate sales can earn ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000+ per month including incentives.
