As a seasoned Projects Manager with strong expertise in corporate office interior fit-outs and turnkey commercial projects, you will be responsible for driving projects independently from planning to execution and final handover. Your role will require technical depth, commercial acumen, and strong on-site leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of corporate interior fit-out projects
- Prepare detailed project schedules, execution plans, and manpower planning
- Ensure delivery within committed timelines and approved budgets
- Drive site progress reviews and milestone tracking
- Execute projects as per architectural, MEP & structural drawings
- Ensure quality standards and finishing benchmarks are maintained
- Conduct regular site inspections and snag closure
- Ensure safety and statutory compliance at site
- Review BOQs, budgeting, and cost estimations
- Track project costs and manage variations
- Validate contractor bills and ensure financial discipline
- Control wastage and optimize resource utilization
- Manage contractors, subcontractors & vendors
- Coordinate with design, procurement & internal stakeholders
- Lead project review meetings and progress reporting

Qualification Required:

- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Additional Details:
You should have a BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate/commercial interior fit-outs. Your expertise in turnkey execution models, BOQ, budgeting, and vendor negotiations will be crucial. Additionally, your ability to manage multiple fast-track projects and demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills will be essential for this role.
