• Identify upcoming construction / infra / industrial projects
• Track government tenders & private builder projects
• Develop relationships with:
• Builders
• Civil contractors
• Purchase managers
• Consultants / Architects
• Maintain project pipeline sheet (Expected value, stage, probability, closure timeline)
• Ensure minimum 3x monthly target value in pipeline

2 Dealer & Channel Activation (Project Dealers)

• Identify dealers who already supply to builders
• Appoint project-focused dealers in key cities
• Train dealers on:
• Product advantages
• Technical specifications
• Margin structure
• Ensure dealer push into projects

(Important for your door distribution plan and multi-product strategy)

3 Technical Presentation & Product Positioning

• Conduct site visits
• Give product demos & comparison
• Share test reports & certifications
• Handle technical queries
• Position product on:
• Durability
• UV resistance
• Yield benefit
• Cost vs life comparison

4 Quotation & Commercial Negotiation

• Prepare BOQ-based quotations
• Coordinate with costing team
• Negotiate rates within approved margin range
• Finalize payment terms
• Close orders

5 Coordination with Internal Team

• Coordinate with:
• Production
• Dispatch
• Accounts
• QC
• Ensure timely dispatch as per project schedule
• Follow up on payments

6 Order Forecasting & Sales Planning

• Monthly project sales forecast
• Product-wise expected volume
• Region-wise planning
• Update CRM weekly

7 Market Intelligence Reporting

• Competitor pricing
• New product launches
• Project size & demand trends
• Dealer feedback
• Risk alerts

8 Collection Responsibility

• Follow up for payments
• Track overdue
• Coordinate with accounts
