PROJECT MANAGERS

• 8 + years of real and hard core project management experience
• Project planning, resource mgmt, updating project status, handling change requests etc
• Excellant documentation skills using Word, PPT, VISIO etc. Communicate project updates to all stakeholders on daily/weekly/monthly basis

- Should have good experience in ERP and CRM implementations. Ability to handle large teams over 20 - 30 memebers.

• Attention to detail and ability to capture requirements in large meetings
• Participate in all phases of business cases with our customers (business needs analysis, project scope definition. cost/benefits analysis, risk assessment…)
• Earn trusted client status and build relationships that extend beyond the project’s lifecycle
• Effectively manage scope, risks, change, negotiate, communicate and remove project roadblocks
• Create and manage project schedules, organize activities, determine the sequence of execution, identify dependencies and resources
• Work with team members to identify initial estimates and compute resources required for project delivery
• Writing usecases, GUI mockups, test scenarios
• Should be a strong team player, ability to deliver on time with quality. Can-do attitude that is persuasive, motivating and encouraging to those around her/him
• Requires lot of travel to USA, UK, Australia, Singapore
