We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong understanding of online and land-based slot game development. The ideal candidate will manage porting, game development, localisation, and end-to-end delivery of slot gaming products. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, team leadership, technical understanding, and hands-on experience with agile practices such as Scrum.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in gaming, slot development, or casino technology.
• Strong knowledge of slot game development lifecycle (concept → math → build → QA → certification → deployment).
• Expert in JIRA, Scrum, Agile methodologies, and other PM tools.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven experience managing internal & external stakeholders.
• Strong technical understanding of game engines, integration systems, or gaming middleware.
• Experience managing localisation pipelines across multiple markets.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in setting KRAs and performance metrics.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Remote Gaming Servers (RGS) or cabinets for land-based systems.
• Certification knowledge (GLI, BMM, etc.).
• Experience working with distributed or multicultural teams.
• PMP / CSM / Agile certification is a plus.
