Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Project Manager to support stakeholder engagement, field execution, and adoption activities for government outreach programs. This role supports the Program Manager in driving day-to-day project execution and ensuring operational excellence. Candidates must already be in Bengaluru or able to relocate immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Execute outreach and stakeholder engagement plans across departments and government bodies.

• Coordinate demos, training sessions, requirement discussions, and field engagements with end users.
• Manage project operations, timelines, documentation, reporting, and cross-team communication.
• Capture feedback from field interactions and translate it into actionable insights for product/engineering teams.
• Support adoption efforts by ensuring consistent stakeholder touchpoints and issue resolution.
• Facilitate coordination across internal teams, government officials, and program partners.

Required Qualifications

• *
8–10 years of experience in Project Management, preferably involving tech-led or public-sector-facing initiatives.

• Experience interacting with government ecosystems or large stakeholder environments is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and handle fast-paced program needs.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts is a plus.
• Must be based in Bengaluru or immediately relocatable, with preference for immediate joiners due to program urgency.
