As a Project Manager for Interior fit out projects, your role is crucial in maintaining our innovative authority. Your responsibilities will include developing work plans, overseeing project progress, and presenting updates to relevant management channels.
  • *Objectives of this role:**
  • - Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance
    - Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment
    - Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
    - Analyse project status and make necessary revisions to meet requirements
    - Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders
  • *Responsibilities:**
  • - Establish and maintain processes for managing scope, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks
    - Develop partnerships with third-party resources such as vendors and consultants
    - Assign and monitor resources for project efficiency and deliverables maximization
    - Report project outcomes and risks to appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary
  • *Qualifications:**
  • - 10+ years of project management experience
    - Bachelors degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering
    - Experience in MSP platforms is advantageous
    - Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
    - Proven success working with all levels of management
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills
    - Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel & Word
