  • *Key Responsibilities:**

    - **Resource Planning and Allocation:** Coordinate with functional leaders to secure appropriate resources and manage team capacity across multiple concurrent projects.
    - **Risk Management and Mitigation:** Proactively identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for project risks and issues.
    - **Budget Tracking and Financial Reporting:** Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial status updates to leadership.
    - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, Data Analytics, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
    - 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or commercial operations.
    - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
    - Experience working with North American teams and managing projects across multiple time zones.
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage global stakeholders effectively.
    - Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
    - Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial reporting.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • *Preferred Skills:**
