  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle<\/b> — from initiation, gap analysis, planning, and execution to delivery and support.

  • Conduct requirements elicitation<\/b>, documentation, and stakeholder analysis to translate business needs into functional specifications.

  • Prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories<\/b> for development teams.
    • <\/p><\/li>
  • Perform process reengineering and workflow analysis<\/b> to identify improvement opportunities.
    • <\/p><\/li>
  • Manage feature prioritization<\/b> using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, and Kano.
    • <\/p><\/li>
  • Lead projects following Agile/Scrum methodologies<\/b>, conducting sprint planning, daily stand -ups, and retrospectives.
    • <\/p><\/li>
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations<\/b>.
    • <\/p><\/li>
  • Conduct data analysis<\/b> using SQL and Excel to support decision -making and performance tracking.
    • <\/p><\/li>
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and process diagrams<\/b> to communicate ideas effectively.

  • Use JIRA<\/b> (and related tools) for project tracking, backlog management, and reporting.

  • Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

    Requirements<\/h3>
  • Minimum 8 years of experience<\/b> as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in a technology -driven environment.
    • <\/p><\/li>
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks<\/b> with hands -on experience.
    • <\/p><\/li>
  • Proficiency in SQL<\/b> and Microsoft Excel<\/b> for data analysis.
    • <\/p><\/li>
  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integrations<\/b>.
    • <\/p><\/li>
  • Experience with project management tools<\/b> such as JIRA<\/b> or similar platforms.
    • <\/p><\/li>
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross -functionally.
    • <\/p><\/li>
  • EdTech domain experience<\/b> is highly preferred.
